Seliga, recently with Victory Capital Management, will be responsible for overseeing plan administration, IRA rollover programs, client services, education, and communications for the firm’s retirement unit.

Ed Kelley has joined Goldman Sachs as the firm’s new head of product management for the global manager strategies group. Kelley was recently an executive with Deutsche Asset Management.

Ajay Mehra has been named head of equity research at State Street Research and Management. In addition to overseeing the equity research department, Mehra will be lead manager on the State Street Research Health Sciences Fund. Mehra was most recently senior vice president and portfolio manager for Columbia Management Group.

The firm was promoted both Stacy Braun and Gregory Winsper from vice presidents to senior vice presidents. Braun will be responsible for marketing products and services, and developing the firm’s platform for marketing to women. Winsper’s duties will include relationship marketing, brand management, lead-generation program, and local market development.

The firm has created a new executive position to oversee the development and marketing of its new registered fund of hedge funds. Jeff Joseph will be responsible for marketing the Sphinx Fund to financial advisors. Joseph was most recently with HedgeWorld.com.
