U.S. Bancorp Asset Management
The firm has promoted Carmen Behmer to product and marketing manager of its First American Funds. Behmer, formerly a member of the product management team, replaces Greg Baranivsky, who is now the firm’s managing director for key accounts.

Delaware Investments
Delaware Investments has hired Christian Reimer as product manager for the firm’s 529-college savings plan. Reimer was formerly assistant vice president for Alliance Capital Management’s 529 plans.
Victory Capital Management
Victory Capital Management has hired Cheryl King and assigned her the task of building a marketing team that will focus only on non-profit institutions, which include university and hospital endowments and foundations. King recently worked for Dresdner RCM Global Investors where she was in charge of marketing to endowments and foundations.

Richard Glasebrook II has joined the firm as managing director. Glasebrook will work as a portfolio manager in the Straus Group. Glasebrook previously managed about $4B in assets for Oppenheimer Capital.
Independence Investments
Thomas Capobianco recently joined Independence Investments after spending 13 years at SSgA. Capobianco, who joined the firm in a newly created position, will market to defined benefit public and union pension plans.
David L. Babson & Co.
The firm has tapped Robert Allen for a newly created position as head of consultant relations. Allen’s responsibilities will include efforts to grow institutional business for the firm.
CDC IXIS Asset Management North America
The New York-based provider of investment services to institutional clients promoted Beverly DeWitt, the senior compliance officer in the firm’s Boston office, to senior vice president from vice president.
