| Description |
The Market Analytics function of the Enterprise Risk Management department is responsible for performing fundamental credit research and reviewing financial data for countries, economic sectors, industries, equities, and fixed income. The group is responsible for communicating strategies, analysis and making recommendations to appropriate areas for risk-based decisions.
Position Summary :
Manages and contributes to a team that conducts research on equity and fixed income securities, with an emphasis on DTCC eligible securities such as municipal bonds, high-yield corporate bonds, collateralized mortgage obligations, asset-backed securities, governments and agencies.
Principal Responsibilities :
• Develop and maintain an active research opinion on sectors consistent with the DTCC's research process. Monitor industry trends and contribute to team strategy discussions.
• Manage and participate on client calls discussing credit trends and specific security attributes.
• Produce concise written research and verbally articulate credit strengths and risks to risk analysts and executive management, which will involve writing up commentaries on sectors that incorporate the assessment of market events, credit risk, and stress scenarios.
• Ability to develop financial estimates, analyze earnings reports and market moving events.
Experience :
8 years of experience; exposure to various trading products, with strong working knowledge of equity and fixed income markets. Risk Management experience.

• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrate leadership ability in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
• Ability to work seamlessly with all levels of management throughout the organization.
• Ability to build and develop an analytics team from the ground up
Education, Training or Certification :
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics. MBA Preferred.
