JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client is a regional financial services firm and is seeking a senior executive to serve as its Head of Retail Banking Operations. This executive must have a firm understanding of the core products of a retail bank (Savings Accounts, Checking Accounts, CDs, Consumer Loans, etc) and experience leading a team to effectively management back-end operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 15 Years of financial services experience
• 12 Years of retail banking operations experience with at least 5 years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of the retail banking business and branch distribution, and its full range of retail banking products
• Proven success in leading and driving process improvement agendas with solid results
• A strong team leader and team player, with excellent communication skills
• Bachelors Degree (MBA Preferred)
